What To Eat When You’re Getting Ill

Sometimes you know when you’re getting ill. You’re working long hours, getting less sleep than usual, burdened with masses of work and just completely stressed in general. Normally, all these things creep up on you just at the wrong time too. So how do you deal with them?

If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms, keep reading:

Cough, Cold, Fatigue, Headache, Achy Muscles, Nasal Congestion, Temperature, Scratchy Throat,  Swollen Glands…

Have This Instead... It's Your Last Chance

When you are ill, you lose your appetite. That happens once you are ill. So pretty soon, you aren’t going to want anything apart from maybe a bit of dry toast. But currently, you are just getting ill, so why not make the most of it and have a good helping of your favourite meal or better yet a takeaway. Serve it with a good helping of duvet and TV in a warm dimly lit room.

10.30 4 Slices of Toast & Marmite
14.30 BLT Sandwich
20.05 Beef Cannelloni served with garlic bread and Caesar salad and a good helping of  How I Met Your Mother.  Pudding was 5 brownie bites
