How To Mix Indian, Greek and Italian Cuisines

February 28, 2011

Tonight for dinner we tried something a little different and I thought I should share it with the OCN network… It’s a very simple delicious dish that took about 5 minutes preparation time and 8 minutes cooking time in the oven – Naan Pizza.

I went for a mixture of three cuisines – Italian (the pizza topping and mozzarella element); Indian (the Naan element); and Greek (the coriander, olives and garlic element).

It’s so simple I don’t think I need to put a recipe, but here it is:

1) Put Naan on oven tray and spread tomato sauce, followed by toppings, followed by mozzarella.
2) Put the tray into a hot oven (about 200ºC) for 8-10 minutes.
3) Take out the oven and sprinkle on some fresh herbs of choice.

Food:

09.15 Bacon, Egg, Mushrooms, Hash Browns and Toast.
13.40 Salad from Issacs and a banana.
18.00 Biscuits x2 with Nutella
18.15 Asparagus x4
18.30 Naan Pizza (Chicken, olives, mozzarella, coriander).

And Finally…

Here is a pretty awesome looking list of 10 cupcake recipes from Food 2.
