Branston Mayo Range

May 16, 2011

Branston mayoToday I bought a bottle from Branston’s new mayonnaise range which includes Piri Piri, Lemon and Garlic, Mustard and Onion, Pesto, and the one we tried, Sweet Chilli. I had to write tonight’s post about it because it is one of the best new sauces I have come accross in a long while, in a frankly, overcrowded market! It tastes like of Subway’s Southwest Chipotle sauce, looks like Thousand Island sauce and smells a bit like PVA glue…

They are also on offer in Sainsburys at the moment for £1, so I might go back tomorrow to try the rest of the range!

And if you need any more of a reason to buy the stuff, check out the cringe worthy advert!

Day 136:

08.50 Bran Flakes, Banana and Sultana
13.10 A truly exceptional ham, cheese and tomato baguette with sweet chilli mayo
Nibbled: Weetabix Minis
19.25 Moroccan Cous Cous with Burger and Garlic Bread courtesy of Vintage and Sam Co.
19.40 Cheery Ice Cream Cone
