Eating from the Garden

You can’t get much fresher than cooking from the garden. I’ve recently planted a load of coriander seeds and some carrot seeds in a pot in the garden (as well as some chillis) and tonight the coriander was used in a curry.

Growing coriander, from my experience, is as easy as throwing the seeds into a pot with some compost and leaving outside. Weeks later you’ll have coriander! Here is some I made earlier…

Eaten today:

8:15 Toast x2
12:45 Beef salad sandwich
13:00 Chocolate finger
15:20 Chocolate cake
18:30 Curry (with fresh coriander), rice and naan bread followed by a flapjack bite
