HOW TO: Biscuit Lollies

June 5, 2011

The biscuit. A fairly simple idea, difficult to explain and like bread it comes in many varieties.

Over the years the Digestive and Rich Teas have been pimped out for some more flavourful, chocolatey and calorie laden offers. However no man has taken the biscuit as far as I did today in making ‘the chocolate biscuit’! Here it is:

chocolate biscuit lolly

To make this little treat you will need to melt a variety of chocolate biscuits; place a stick between the one you want in the centre; cram the rest together in a plastic bag; leave in cold fridge for 3 or more hours.

Today’s Food:

10.50 croissant x2
11.40 biscuit lolly (as pictured)
15.10 sausage roll then later half a cheese topped roll
19.40 kebab (1 meat, 1 veg), sausage, chilli burger in a bun, corn on the cob, cous cous and rice.
