Side Salad for Kebab

If you’re making kebabs for your bbq, why not spruce up the pitta (or better wrap) filling with this simple recipe:

Finely chop and mix:

1 x red onion, 1 x white onion, 1 x red mild chilli, 1/2 cucumber, lettuce and a squeeze of 1 x lime.

Eaten Today:

10.40 Poached egg on 4 pieces of toast
13.50 Steak Pasty
20.15 BBQ – Beef Kebab x2, Chicken Kebab x3, Side Salad, Steak Burger and cheese x1, crisps, dip and celery.
23.05 Cherry Ice Cream
