CYPRUS DAY 5: Anatolia, Protaras. Reviewed.

It was a year ago, when Laura and I first walked just off the main strip and were welcomed into a bustling little, family run, Cypriot restaurant, by the memorable chirpy man, who stood bald and tall outside his establishment. The sign reads ANATOLIA. 

The place is a tourist attraction in it’s own right. It offers a slice of ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’ to every diner that decides to enter through the glass doors (assuming that you ever really had a choice once the owner at the door had his way with you…) 

From the moment you walk in, Cyprus hits your every sense, taste especially and I’ll be making a second trip this holiday if I can. The food, service, atmosphere and history of the place is what makes it one of my favourites on the island.

Main: Grilled fish fillet, Lasagne, Spaghetti Bolognese (Score 5/10*)
Dessert: Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake (Score 7/10*)
