CYPRUS DAY 7: Halloumi Greek Cheese

There will be some people out there who have never had the luck of sampling a slice of grilled Halloumi cheese. It’s fast becoming my favourite cheese, and I’d suggest if you’ve never tried it give it to a try. 

Slice half centimetre slices of Halloumi and put them under the grill or Foreman. Then serve the cheese in a toasted pitta with some tomato, thickly sliced cucumber and coriander.

08.45 Bacon, Egg, Halloumi, Roll, Mini Croissant.
13.40 Halloumi and Tomato Pitta.
