How to eat when you're tired

Having been on holiday until this morning, it was much fun to sleep incredibly badly and then wake up feeling pretty ill for the last day. So here is my guide to eating tired:

Step one – eat out. So much easier than making something for yourself. I had a pizza hut lunch.

Step 2 – eat nothing.

Step 3 – eat biscuits. Nice and sugary and easy to eat. A win all round. I had some shortbread.

Today’s eatings:
Sweets
Pizza, salad, pasta
Shortbread biscuits.

[Note: Apologies for the crapness of this post, but as I’m sure you can guess from the subject, I’m tired]
