Tonight’s all about the dinner…

06.10 Half a bagel

10.10 toast, clementine, grapes, plum, blackberries

14.10 Corned beef, tomato and pickle roll with club x 2 and one pretzel 

20.10 Baked Onion Roll and Twice-baked soufflé of melted leek and smoked applewood cheddar with a light roasted plum and chive cream.

20.35 Slow-braised boneless short rib, herb confit potato, roasted wild mushrooms, broad beans and tomatoes served with a porcini jus

21.10 Warm mini caramel molten consent and white chocolate and raspberry Mille-feuille, served with vanilla ice cream

Later: coffee and lots of Desire François Merlot 2010
